These 10 days were not just a vacation, but a real immersion in the atmosphere of care, comfort and attention to every detail. From the very first step into the lobby, we were greeted not just by the staff, but by the guardian angels of our holiday. Irina and Nadezhda at the reception are the real heart of the hotel! Their friendly smiles, willingness to help in any matter and warmth of heart created the feeling that you did not come to the hotel, but to visit good friends. They didn't just do their job, but sincerely tried to make our stay perfect, and they did it! Thank you for your kind hearts! But the special magic of the "Walset" lies in those who create an impeccable background for relaxation — in the work of the maids. Svetlana and Maria are the sorceresses of cleanliness and comfort. Their work is not just cleaning; it is a high art of caring for a guest. They treated our room not as a featureless space, but as our little house. The immaculate cleanliness in which everything shone was just the foundation. Every day they added those unforgettable touches that made my heart sink with tenderness: pajamas neatly laid out on the pillow, cosmetics carefully placed in a row, cute towel patterns. It would seem that the little things, but they were the ones that put together in a mosaic, created a unique feeling that they really thought and cared about you. The responsibility with which Svetlana and Maria approached their work is visible in every detail. Thank you, dear ones, for your incredible work, for your invisible but tangible magic! You turned our return to the room after a long day into a small celebration. Thanks to the entire staff of the Valset Hotel for these 10 days of absolute harmony. You don't just give services, you give emotions and memories that will remain in my heart forever. We left with a slight sadness, but with the firm conviction that we would definitely return to this corner of cordiality and professionalism.

This is not the first time we have rested in Valset, and we are always happy that we were there, we were on Kamenka 3 several times, and this time we ended up on Kamenka 1, we went there and worried, but as it turned out, the room is gorgeous, everything is taken into account for a comfortable stay, the views from the balcony are such that you get drunk no wine. Many thanks to all the staff for their care and attention. A hotel where you want to return!!!
