Tariff for residents of the Southern Federal District

Discount on food-free accommodation for residents of the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea (Adygea), Republic of Kalmykia, Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Astrakhan Region, Volgograd Region, Rostov Region, federal city of Sevastopol).

Upon check-in at the hotel, you must present the passport of one of the guests with permanent residence in the region (temporary registration is not allowed).

Attention! If you do not have a residence permit, the fare will be changed to the open price valid at the time of arrival.

Cancellation without delay is possible until 18:00 (Moscow time) on the day of arrival. If cancelled after this time, funds in the amount of 1 night of stay will be deducted.*

*In the period from 12/24/2025 to 03/31/2026, prepayment of the first night is required. In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit for the 1st day of stay will not be refunded.

**The hotel reserves the right to limit and shorten the length of stay at the rate, as well as to completely close it at any time.
